I love everything about this book when ever I can't fall asleep I just think of what I learned in this book I write everything that is keeping my mind running. I keep my phone away from me, I keep all LCD lights shut off. Such as my Ipod dock and so on. I sleep with my head under the pillow to keep away any other lights. Now if I got rid of my cat it would be my best night of sleep in years. I love the little card I got with the book. On the card is a summary of everything you should and shouldn't do to get the best night of sleep. I love when non-fiction books have graphs and images. So it makes it easier to get through I am not a non-fiction kind of person but when they make it easy for people who don't study that field it makes it all worth while. Not only does this book have pictures and diagrams but it has comics! Yes, thats right I said it comics! A gateway to the young girls heart... well at least mine. Very organized information, The comics were for the most part the best part. Also, the sleep track which I have sadly yet to use but will soon.
